Registration Information

FPR is a Childfree Event - all attendees must be 18 or older.

We accept checks, money orders and PayPal.

Costs to attend FPR 2009

The only discounts offered for FPR are for early registration. FPR is a *completely* volunteer community and no profit endeavor. Everyone pays the same rates (including all staff members, presenters and volunteers). Most of your fee goes directly to UU in the Pines for facility usage and meals, only a small portion goes to FPR to pay for extras like snacks and supplies. Instead of offering discounts and work exchanges, we have opted instead to keep prices as low as possible for everyone.

Payment Plans: We do however offer payment plans to help you work the registration fee into your budget over time - simply pay a $50 per person deposit up front, make a payment you are comfortable with by December 31, 2008 and a final balance payment by February 28, 2009.

*Please note - this is for last-minute additions and there will be no Room Request available. You will be assigned a room based on availability and if you are not coming alone, your party may be split up among available beds.

**The meals included are lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. You may attend all workshops/presentations/panels on Saturday beginning immediately after breakfast and stay up through breakfast on Sunday.

Pre-Registration is now closed. Day Passes will be available on site.

On-site Bed Registrations include lodging in one of the Guest Houses, and are priced per bed/person. There are a variety of room configurations available. Attendees are responsible for bringing their own bed linens. This package also includes all meals served onsite (this year with more protein options!).

Camping prices are for tent camping onsite, and is for primitive tent camping only for those desiring a more camp feel and/or to save a few bucks. Prices are per person, not campsite. Campers will have access to bath facilities throughout UU in the Pines. This package also includes all meals served onsite (this year with more protein options!). Due to limited onsite facilities (bathrooms, parking and dining room) we are having to limit the number of people camping to 16. We will cut off this option once we reach the cap.

Off-site registration does not include any lodging (camping or on-site beds), and attendees are responsible for their own lodging arrangements.  This level is intended for those desiring more privacy/luxury than the guesthouses provide, those who may be allergic to mildew/mold or for those who live close enough to drive in.  You can view a list of offsite hotels in the area here. This package also includes all meals served onsite (this year with more protein options!).

Day-Passes do not include any lodging (bed or camping) and are available with and without meals for the day. Day passes expire at midnight, so please plan to leave the premises accordingly.  For those opting to not purchase meals, you may bring sack meals or dine at local restaurants.   We welcome day pass attendees to join us after dinner of the night before your day pass, so that you can experience some of the social activates and assemblies. (For example, if you purchase a Saturday Day Pass, you may attend the post-dinner activities up until midnight on Friday at no additional charge.) All Sunday activities are also included at no extra charge. Day Passes can be pre-purchased, or purchased onsite on a walk-in basis.

There will also be snacks and drinks available throughout the day that are included with all registration fees.

Cancellation Policy: 

All other Registrations: Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received by February 28, 2008. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after February 28, 2008.
